|1 cup, 250 g||Mascarpone|
|1 cup||Natural yoghurt, low-fat or whipped cream|
|3 drops||Vanilla extract|
|3||Fresh mint leaves|
Wash strawberries and blueberries. Strawberries cut in half and set aside. Mash with a spoon a mascarpone. Next, beat with a mixer cream with sugar and vanilla and stir this mixture into the mascarpone. Apply a first layer of cream on top and cover the cake with strawberries. Then apply a final layer of cream and decorate with strawberries and blueberries. Cake should stay a couple of hours in Fridge to have a good soak. You can decorate it with mint leaves.
